We can operate in two ways with maximum flexibility:

Direct Investments

We evaluate proposals on the basis of compatibility with the TECTU philosophy and the profitability potential of the project. In case of interest, we formulate a purchase proposal.

Co-investments

The current owner retains ownership of the property until final sale. After the feasibility study and the drafting of the ad-hoc business plan, if of interest, TECTU invests in the regeneration by participating pro-rata in the profits.
