Tectu generates values

Regenerating degraded real estate according to the TECTU philosophy in order to put it on the market produces value.

It is possible to participate by investing in individual real estate transactions.

Investing with Tectu

Loans between private individuals

Investments in this form are raised with a minimum ticket of €10,000. The loans are secured by the property being regenerated. Interest is paid immediately.
Restitution upon finalisation (sale of the property) of the transaction.

Purpose Societies

Not accepting investment in its own capital, TECTU considers, should the investor be interested in sharing in the profits, setting up ad-hoc companies to carry out transactions consistent with this type of technicality.

Work for equity

With suppliers interested in participating in the investment, it is possible to structure investments on a transaction-by-transaction basis at the same interest rate as for loans between private individuals.
The supplier earns more money and TECTU manages cash flows more easily.
