Failure by the User to provide certain Data may prevent this Application from providing its services.
The User assumes responsibility for the Personal Data of third parties shared through this Application and guarantees that he/she has the right to communicate or disseminate them, releasing the Owner from any liability towards third parties.
If the processing of Personal Data is based on the User's consent, the User may revoke it at any time.
B. Data and content automatically acquired during use of the Application
- Technical Data: the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Application may acquire, during their normal operation, some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. The processing of Personal Data is carried out by means of computer and/or telematic tools, with organisational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated.
In addition to the Owner, in some cases, other subjects involved in the organisation of this Application who provide assistance in the management of the Application and of the activity or who provide services to the User may have access to the Data.
These persons, appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Controller, may access the Users' Personal Data whenever necessary and will be contractually obliged to keep them confidential.

4 - LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The Controller processes Personal Data relating to the User if one of the following conditions is met:
- the User has given consent for one or more specific purposes;
- the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the User and/or the execution of pre-contractual measures;
- processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject;
- processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Controller;
- processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Controller or of third parties.
However, it is always possible to ask the Controller to clarify the concrete legal basis of each processing operation.

Some Personal Data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), in particular when using services provided by third parties (e.g. Google LLC).
Such transfers shall take place in accordance with the provisions contained in Chapter V of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and, where applicable, on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework Adequacy Decision or other appropriate safeguards set out in the GDPR.

6 - SECURITY MEASURES
The Processing is carried out in a manner and with instruments that guarantee the security and confidentiality of the Data, the Data Controller having adopted appropriate technical and organisational measures that guarantee, and allow it to be demonstrated, that the Processing is carried out in compliance with the relevant legislation.
7 - DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The Data Controller will process the Personal Data for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes connected with the performance of a contract between the Data Controller and the User and, in any case, for no longer than 10 years from the termination of the relationship with the User.
Where the processing of Personal Data is necessary for the pursuit of a legitimate interest of the Controller, the Personal Data will be retained until such interest is satisfied. Where the processing of Personal Data is based on the User's consent, the Controller may retain the Personal Data until revocation.
Personal Data may be kept for a longer period if necessary to fulfil a legal obligation or by order of an authority. All Personal Data will be deleted upon expiry of the retention period. Upon expiry of this period, the right of access, deletion, rectification and the right to Data portability can no longer be exercised.
8 - AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES
All Data collected shall not be subject to any automated decision-making process, including profiling, which may produce legal effects for the individual or which may significantly affect the individual.
9 - USER RIGHTS
Users may exercise certain rights with regard to the Data processed by the Data Controller. In particular, the User has the right to:
- withdraw consent at any time;
- oppose the processing of their Data;
- access to their Data;
- check and request rectification;
- obtain restriction of processing;
- obtain the deletion or removal of their Personal Data;
- receive their Data or have them transferred to another data controller;
- file a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority and/or take legal action.
To exercise their rights, Users may address a request to the Controller's contact details indicated in this document. Requests are made free of charge and processed by the Controller as quickly as possible, in any case within 30 days.
